I'm Simply Saved

Ephesians 2:8-10, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”

IT IS VERY SIMPLE TO BE SAVED: GRACE ALONE, THROUGH FAITH ALONE IN CHRIST ALONE, PLUS NOTHING/ MINUS NOTHING!!!

I'm not saved for all eternity because I "gave my life to Jesus."

I'm saved for all eternity because JESUS gave HIS Life for me!

I'm not saved because I picked up MY cross and followed Jesus.

I'm saved because JESUS picked up HIS Cross and shed HIS precious sinlessly spotless blood on it as the complete atonement (payment) for ALL of my sins.

I'm not saved because I make Jesus "lord of my life."

I'm saved because I trusted in Jesus ALONE (and in NONE of my own works) as my Savior (BELIEVING He died for all of my sins past, present and future, was buried and rose again on the 3rd Day according to the Scriptures for my justification - 1st Corinthians 15:1-4)

I know I have eternal life not because I perfectly obey the 10 commandments, repent of my sins and live a 100% holy and perfect Christian life.

I know I have eternal life because Jesus promised me in His Word that when I trusted Him ALONE as my Savior that He gave me eternal life as a FREE GIFT! (John 3:16, John 5:24, John 6:47, 1st John 5:13)

I'm saved not based on anything I DO!

I'm saved because I have placed my faith solely in what Jesus Christ has already DONE (His death, burial and resurrection) for me!

JESUS CHIST did all the work and gets all the glory! Praise His Holy Name! Thank you Lord Jesus for saving a wretch like me!

And let us not leave out the CROSS upon which Christ died for our sins! Beware of the CROSSLESS, BLOODLESS and RESURRECTIONLESS GOSPEL being preached in many churches today!!! Jehovah's Witnesses errantly believe that Jesus only resurrected in His Spirit, but not physically in His body. They are oh so wrong! Christ raised up physically and was seen visibly by over 500 brethren at once (1st Corinthians 15:6). Every false prophet and false messiah are still dead in their graves (e.g., Muhammad, Zoroaster, Buddha, Sun Myung Moon, Hara Krishna, et cetera). JESUS IS RISEN!!! CHRIST'S TOMB IS EMPTY!!! We serve a risen Savior!

I’m not saved for all eternity because I gave my life to Jesus Christ. Judas gave his life to Jesus, being one of His very Apostles, yet the Bible says Judas still had a devil in him (John 6:70).

I'M SIMPLY SAVED for an eternity because JESUS Himself gave HIS own life on the Cross of Calvary for me, two thousand years ago!

I’m not saved for all eternity because I picked up MY cross and followed Jesus” I’m simply saved for an eternity because JESUS Himself picked up HIS own Cross and shed HIS precious, sinless, spotless, blood on it, as the complete atonement (payment) for ALL of my PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE sins. 

I’m not saved for all eternity because I “repented of my sins.” No one has ever repented of all their sins! The Bible says that even our righteousness is as “filth” to God (Isaiah 64:6).

I'M SIMPLY SAVED for an eternity because JESUS Himself washed away all my sins with HIS own precious blood and made me white like snow with HIS own Righteousness in the eyes of God The Father FOREVER (1st Peter 1:18-19).

I’m not saved for all eternity because I MAKE Jesus the Lord of my life. The false prophets in Matthew 7:21-23 called Jesus “Lord, Lord.” They followed Christ, but Christ denied knowing them! How could that happen? Unfortunately, very easily! All it takes to go to Hell forever is to just do things your own way instead of God's way. What is God's way? I'm glad you asked. John 6:40, “And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.” The will of God the Father is to simply BELIEVE on His only begotten Son, Jesus!!!

I'M SIMPLY SAVED for an eternity because JESUS Himself is my personal Savior.

Once I have believed on JESUS ALONE (and in NONE of my own self righteous works, human self efforts, religious works or good works, et cetera), I am eternally SAVED.

Once I have believed on HIM ALONE for eternal salvation, trusting in HIS once-for-all finished redemptive work ALONE for eternal life, I am eternally SAVED.

I’m not saved for all eternity because I received Charismatic sign gifts of BREAKTHROUGH, being slain in the Spirit, speaking in tongues, or having been delivered from demons or evil spirits and poverty, et cetera.

I'M SIMPLY SAVED for an eternity because JESUS Himself is The Gospel of Grace, and HE ALONE is the very One Who died on the Cross of Calvary for ALL (PAST, PRESENT & FUTURE) of my sins. JESUS was buried and bodily raised up from the dead (on the 3rd day according to the Scriptures) for my justification in the eyes of a JUST, RIGHTEOUS and HOLY GOD. If Jesus is still dead He cannot save anyone! When He resurrected from the dead, our faith in Jesus was validated and justified (not in vain). That is what the Bible means in Romans 10:11, “For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.” No one who trusts in Jesus will ever be disappointed. That is what Romans 10:11 means. You are safe in Christ!!! We serve a RISEN SAVIOR!!! ...

I serve a risen Saviour, He's in the world today
I know that He is living, whatever men may say
I see His hand of mercy, I hear His voice of cheer
And just the time I need Him He's always near

You ask me how I know He lives?

I’m not saved for all eternity because I perfectly obey the Ten Commandments, or keep and follow the LAW of Moses, or offer something else on the altar to God, or forsake my sinful lifestyle, or forsake the world, or live a holy and perfect life, or being a good moral person AND very spiritual religious person. If we could live a perfect life, then there would have been no need for the blessed Savior to die on the cross to pay for our sins, but HE DID! All men are sinners (Romans 3:23).

I'M SIMPLY SAVED for eternity because JESUS Himself promised to save them that BELIEVE on Him (John 6:47). I know I am saved for eternity because God in His inspired and preserved authoritative Word, PROMISED eternal life to anyone that BELIEVES in His only begotten Son (John 3:16). I have BELIEVED on Him alone as my all-sufficient Savior for the forgiveness of all my sins. I have TRUSTED in HIS Gospel (Good News) alone, and God gave me His FREE GIFT of ETERNAL LIFE.

I'M SIMPLY SAVED based on my faith in:

• WHO Jesus is (the Christ, the only begotten Son of God)
• WHAT He did two thousand years ago at Calvary (He died on a cross for our sins, was buried and bodily resurrected three days later) 
• WHY He did it for me (because I am a sinner that deserves to be punished in Hell forever).

THIS IS VERY POWERFUL BECAUSE THE GOSPEL NEVER GETS OLD!!!!
