Galatians 1:6-7, “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.”
John Calvin (1509-1564) was a religious heretic who lived 500 years ago. Calvin taught the heresy of infant baptism. He also taught the deception that religious sacraments are equal with the Word of God. Martin Luther (1483-1546) was another religious reprobate, who lived during the same time as John Calvin. Both of these reprobate men taught sacramental salvation, which includes both water baptism and communion. Of course, the word “sacrament” is not found in the Holy Bible. Thus, Christians ought not observe sacraments at all.
In the New Testament Church, we only observe two ordinances: water baptism and the Lord's supper. These are not sacraments and do not bestow any special grace upon the participant. They are simply symbols. Water baptism symbolizes the Gospel, showing outwardly what has happened inwardly, that is, our faith in the death, burial and bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. Likewise, the Lord's supper symbolizes Christ's broken body and shed blood for our sins on the cross. We do this in remembrance of the Lamb of God Who gave Himself for us.
John Calvin's heretical teachings on salvation are commonly expressed and simplified with the acronym, T-U-L-I-P:
- TOTAL DEPRAVITY (man is too wicked and has no freewill to come to God, he must be enabled)
- UNCONDITIONAL ELECTION (God chooses who will be saved)
- LIMITED ATONEMENT (Christ only died for those whom God chose to be saved)
- IRRESISTIBLE GRACE (God forces salvation upon those whom He has chosen)
- PERSEVERANCE OF THE SAINTS (those who are saved will persevere in holy living, otherwise they are not saved)
The Satanic Lie of Lordship Salvation is Rooted in Calvinism
It is Calvin's fifth principle of the Perseverance Of The Saints that is the basis for the Lordship Salvation heresy, which has infected at least 50% of our Baptist churches in America. Lordship Salvation is the false plan of salvation which says it is not enough to acknowledge one's sinnership in God's holy eyes (repentance) and believe the Gospel to be saved. According to the fraud of Lordship Salvation (and there are many variations) a person MUST also receive Jesus as their Lord, fully surrendering their will to follow Christ, forsaking sinful bad habits and the world, purposing in one's heart not to live in willful sin anymore, and to confess Jesus Christ publicly before men. This popular heresy is being propagated by false teachers; such as, John Piper, Ray Comfort, Kirk Cameron, John MacArthur, Chip Ingram, Billy Graham, Rick Warren and countless more. It is a matter of Heaven and Hell, of salvation or damnation. There are not two plans of salvation. The Bible teaches something very different than what today's greats are teaching. In sharp contrast, the Word of God teaches that human effort has no place in God's simple plan of salvation. Anyone (like Pastor Rick Warren - see his website) who uses doublespeak is an imposter. In one statement they say that eternal life is without works, but in another statement they say a person must change their own life (which they falsely understand to mean repentance) to be saved.
Contrary to what Pastor Rick Warren teaches, repentance doesn't mean “a change of life,” which is exactly what Paul Washer errantly teaches. Biblical repentance is simply “a change of mind.” At 18 minutes into the “God's Plan” video, Rick Warren errantly says that repentance means: “turning from your plan to God's plan, turning from your own self contentedness, turning from despair to joy, from guilt to forgiveness, from meaninglessness to purpose, switching to His plan, following Jesus, and inviting Him into your heart!”
Dear reader, none of what you just read from Pastor Warren is the Gospel. Pastor Rick Warren is an unsaved modernist, a wolf in sheep's clothing (Matthew 7:15). He's an ungodly member of The Council On Foreign Relations, a shill for the New World Order gang! Mr. Warren is supportive of LGBTQ rights! At the end of the 'God's Plan' video he invites you (the viewer) to write him to say: “Pastor Warren, I prayed the prayer!” My friend, if that's your hope for eternal life, you are going straight to burn in Hell the moment you die, along with Rick Warren! I say that kindly, but truthfully, because Jesus warned that to enter into God's Kingdom: “YE MUST BE BORN AGAIN” (John 3:7). That means having He (Jesus), Who is the Beginning, born in you (Revelation 1:8). Ye must be regenerated from above by the Holy Spirit! That is the supernatural miracle of the new birth, in response to a person's faith in Jesus Christ as their Savior. But according to Mr. Warren, the new birth means living a radically different lifestyle! It is so obvious that Rick Warren knows nothing about God, truth or salvation!!! Mr. Warren spews a bunch of religious rhetoric, that he picked up along life's way to con people, but he fails to grasp or teach THE TRUTH.
Also, you should know that apostate evangelist, Paul Washer, is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, which is a hotbed of Calvinism.
Pastor Bob Gray Sr. Has it Correct
Pastor Bob Gray Sr. at the Longview Baptist Temple church in Texas correctly preaches concerning repentance . . .“Repentance means to change your mind—change your mind—change your mind about how you want to get to Heaven to what God says you've got to do to get to Heaven. If you've got to repent of all your sins, you're still headed for Hell tonight.” —Pastor Bob Gray Sr., a quote from the awesome MP3 sermon, 'Why You Should Be A Part Of A Growing Church'
The Wicked Doctrines Of Calvinism Exposed
Pastor Steven Anderson preaches the following excellent sermons exposing the falsehood of Calvinism:- Limited Atonement Demolished
- Why Man Chooses Not To Believe: Calvinism Exposed As Wicked False Doctrine (I love this sermon!)
The Bible teaches in John 3:16, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” May I say, “WHOSOEVER” means anybody!!! The Bible doesn't say that God only loves Christians; but rather, it says God loves (agapes) THE WORLD (and this includes everybody). It is ridiculous to say that Christ only died on the cross for certain people, when we plainly read in Romans 5:8, “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
Calvinism is synonymous with works salvation, because it is based upon human performance. Paul Washer plainly teaches that without works no man will ever go to Heaven. In sharp contrast the Holy Bible teaches in Romans 4:5-6, “But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works.” What beautiful Scriptures!!! Please learn about the important Biblical doctrine of IMPUTATION concerning salvation. Also, please read, IMPUTATION AT SALVATION, by Pastor Jack Hyles.
Tragically, the new Satanic Bible versions are promoting Calvinism, by changing the meaning of what it means to repent. Most of the modern counterfeit Bible versions completely remove the world “impute,” and in so doing the meaning and concept of this important theological word is lost. Please use only the trustworthy King James Bible!!!!!!!
“No, no, if you don't have works, you're going to Hell!”
SOURCE: Paul Washer: 'Paul Washer: "If You Don't Have Works, 'You Are Going To Hell" (Time, 1:24) | Another Heretical Paul Washer Sermon MP3 clipSo beware my friend, because Calvinism is not the Gospel. Calvinism is manmade religion, not salvation. Any plan of salvation which places the burden of sin upon the sinner is of the Devil. Jesus bore the full weight of our sins upon the cross, so that we wouldn't have to pay for them in the eternal Lake of Fire. The Bible teaches that we are saved by completely RESTING in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Hebrews 4:10-11, “For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.”
Adding even the tiniest amount of human effort to the simplicity that is in Christ corrupts salvation into dead works which cannot save. Religion cannot produce the new birth by the Holy Spirit of God. Our churches are filled with religious people, going through the motions, who have never submitted themselves unto God's righteousness, through faith alone in Jesus Christ. Until you repent of all your religious additions to the Gospel, and trust only in the name of Jesus Christ alone, apart from all your “turn from sins” junk theology you've been brainwashed with (hello Bob Jones University), you won't be saved! Romans 10:3-4, “For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.” This my friend speaks of the imputed righteousness of God through faith in Christ. Christ is not the end of the law to those who try to turn from their sins to be saved, but “TO EVERY ONE THAT BELIEVETH”!
Philippians 3:9, “And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith.” I have HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS by faith, do you friend? Calvinism is self-righteousness by keeping the deeds of the law. The only way to be saved is to get out of the way, and to let God do the saving through faith in His only begotten Son. Either God does all of the saving, or else you are not saved. God does not save those who are trying to be saved, He only saves those who are trusting to be saved.
“Is grace truly grace if it cannot be rejected?” —Dr. Ralph “Yankee” Arnold, “Calvinism And Grace Are Not Compatible” (MP3)
“Can a man who's predestined to salvation really be lost before he is saved? If a man is predestined to salvation, why does he need to hear the Gospel? What would be the point?” —Pastor Yankee Arnold, pastor of Calvary Community Church in Tampa, Florida; "Why Lordship Salvation Is Wrong?"
Calvinism lie = They believe, because they were chosen;
The truth = We were chosen, because we believe!
