Have You Repented Of Your Repentance?

Ephesians 2:8-9, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast."

This may be a very hard truth for some folks.

But if you are trusting in your "repenting of sins" to save you (or keep you saved) then you haven't actually REPENTED and are NOT SAVED if that's all you've ever believed.

Sin is transgression of the law (1st John 3:4) and repenting of sins is FOLLOWING THE LAW!
If your faith is in law keeping ("repenting of sins") then you haven't truly repented.

The word "repent" comes from the Greek word, "Metanoeo" which means to "change your mind."

You cannot be saved unless/until you repent (i.e., change your mind from NOT trusting in Christ ALONE as Saviour to TRUSTING in Christ ALONE as Saviour.)

The key word is "ALONE."

As in nothing but the blood of Jesus ALONE!!!!

If your faith is in your law keeping (repenting of sins), then what you are essentially saying to God is: "I know Your Son Jesus Christ died for me and paid for all my sins and receive total forgiveness for all my sins and eternal life when I trust in Him alone for salvation but I need to do my part too and pay for all my sins by daily repenting (following the law) to be/stay saved.

So I'm trusting PARTIALLY in Jesus and PARTIALLY (mostly) in my law keeping (works)."

While you may consider yourself to be a believer, the truth is that you are not a BORN AGAIN BELIEVER according to the innerant, infallible and authoritative Word of God!

To receive forgiveness of sins and eternal life you must be born again!

And Jesus explains EXACTLY how to be born again in John's Gospel.

"For God so loved the world He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever would BELIEVE in Him would not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16)

To become a born again child of God, one must BELIEVE in Christ ALONE as Saviour!
Another word for believe is "to place one's faith in" or "to trust in."

The Bible teaches that the only way to get saved and receive the FREE GIFT of eternal life is to BELIEVE on (place your FAITH in, TRUST in) the Lord Jesus Christ!!!!

Not in Jesus PLUS your reforming your life.
Not in Jesus PLUS repenting of your sins.
Not in Jesus PLUS getting water baptized.
Not in Jesus PLUS surrendering every area of your life to Jesus.
Not in Jesus PLUS inviting Jesus into your heart.
Not in Jesus PLUS making Him Lord of your life.

JESUS CHRIST ALONE!!!!

JESUS + NOTHING = Salvation and Eternal Life!

Salvation is only found in Jesus Christ ALONE!!!!!

The INSTANT you BELIEVE the Gospel, the Bible says that you are IMMEDIATELY sealed by the Holy Spirit and baptized by the Holy Spirit into the body of Christ and sealed until the day of redemption and GUARANTEED never to perish or be plucked from God's hand or separated from His love!!!! (Ephesians 1:13-14, 4:30, John 10:28-31, Romans 8:38-39)
You can know right NOW that you are 100% saved forever!!!!

100% GUARANTEED that you won't spend ONE SECOND in hell and will spend eternity in Heaven!!!!

Until the ungodly Bob Jones University crowd repents of their false understanding of repentance, none of them will ever enter into Heaven! Salvation is by FAITH alone, not first turn away from your sin (false repentance) and then second, believe. Ray Comfort even uses the word "SECOND" when sharing his false plan of salvation. No Sir, that is not the free grace Gospel taught in the inspired King James Bible. We've got a bunch of arrogant wicked pastors today, who think they can change God's plan of salvation to fit their agendas. The Bible warns that such pastors are cursed by God (Galatians 1:6-7).

Tragically, foolish pastors like Jeff Redlin and Timothy Zacharias at Campus Church (on the grounds of Pensacola Christian College) sinfully bid Godspeed to these wicked false prophets in the Bob Jones University camp (2nd John 1:11). One of their wicked churches is the Harvest Baptist Church on Guam, whose former (Marty Herron) and present (Gary Walton) pastors endorse the Satanic ministry of Pastor John MacArthur (another corrupt BJU alumni).
