Proverbs 14:12, “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” Matthew 7:21, “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.”
In 1986, the day before the Space Shuttle Challenger was launched in Florida, and exploded in flight, engineers warned NASA officials that it was not safe to launch the rocket below 53 degrees Fahrenheit. Despite the outside temperature being below freezing, NASA officials decided to go against the engineers (you know, the scientists who designed the rocket). Seven astronauts were murdered by NASA officials. Some stupid bureaucrats DIDN'T LISTEN TO THE WARNING from the engineers who built the rocket!!!
Likewise, God is the engineer of the plan of salvation for mankind. God has given us His engineering manual, called the Holy Bible. We have that blessed Book today in the inspired King James Bible. Since God designed and built the rocket that will take us to Heaven, He alone has a right to tell us how to use that rocket. The Gospel is God's rocket to Heaven. The Gospel means GOOD NEWS! It is the “Good News” of Jesus Christ's death on the cross, burial and bodily resurrection three days later (1st Corinthians 15:1-4). Anyone who comes to God as an admitted guilty sinner in need of redemption, receiving Christ's sacrifice on the cross as payment for their sins, trusting upon the risen Savior by faith alone, is saved.
It is so sad that seven astronauts needlessly died in 1986, because some corporate big shots thought they knew more than the contractor engineers. But wait, we see this same arrogance today in thousands of foolish pastors, who won't follow the Gospel. Instead, they are following a corrupt theologian who lived 500 years ago named John Calvin (1509-1564). Today, Calvinism has been cleverly repackaged into a heresy known as Lordship Salvation. This lie of Satan teaches that faith is not enough to be saved. In addition, Lordship Salvation requires that you surrender all to Jesus as your “Lord” to be saved. Proponents of this deadly heresy still deceitfully maintain that salvation is wholly by grace, but say if you don't have WORKS your faith is not genuine and you're not really saved. Clearly, that is a works based type of false salvation. The true Gospel taught in the Bible excludes works in all its forms!
Dear reader, we've got a bunch of big shot pastors today, who think they know more than God. The fact of the matter is that you cannot show me even one Bible verse that teaches to “repent of your sin” or “turn away from your sin” to be saved. So why does Bob Jones University (BJU) and many of their alumni preach another gospel of Lordship Salvation? As you will read in this blog, BJU today is not the same college it was 75 years ago when Dr. Bob Jones Sr. (1883-1968) was still at the helm. BJU is a perfect example of how easy it is for the Devil to creep heresy into an institution over time. Because of Dr. John MacArthur's worldly success as a pastor in Sun Valley, California (being an alumni of BJU), they idolize and follow his ministry at BJU. This is tragic, because Pastor John MacArthur is very wrong on the Gospel. In fact, Mr. MacArthur's plan of salvation is so foreign to what the Bible teaches, and so difficult, that he says children cannot be saved. That is not God's simple plan of salvation.
Dear friend, I highly recommend that you listen to God concerning salvation, and not what men say. I don't want you to believe what I say. I want you to search the Scriptures (John 5:39), and see if the things I say are so. Go look for yourself in the Bible, and see if it says to turn away from your sins to receive God's free gift of eternal life. And please make sure you only use the inspired King James Bible, because all of the Devil's modern Bible revisions are corrupt! You cannot trust any of them!!! All of Satan's apples have worms! The only inspired Words of God in the English language today are in the King James Bible.

Luke 13:23-24, “Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them, Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.” The Bob Jones University crowd have been deceived by Satan. I do believe some of them are saved, because of the crossover between free grace churches and corrupt Lordship Salvation churches. There is a lot of confusion in the churches today, which is exactly how Satan hinders people from being born again (2nd Corinthians 4:3-4). It all depends on a person's mindset, if they have ever truly grasped and embraced the Gospel personally to be born-again. You'd be shocked if you knew how many churchgoers have never been born anew by the Holy Spirit of God. Satan's greatest weapon is to con people into living the Christian life (Lordship Salvation), without ever being born again. That is what Luke 13:23-24 means.
The Space Shuttle Challenger disaster in 1986 was tragic, but avoidable, if NASA's leaders had simply listened to the engineers. It was too cold outside, which caused the giant O-ring to contract and not expand enough to seal properly during lift off. Seven innocent people died that day. It certainly can be called murder! NASA's protocol was intentionally violated. We see this today in tens of thousands of churches, violating God's protocol, perverting the Gospel into something entirely different!
