Proverbs 14:12, “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” Acts 15:1, “And certain men which came down from Judaea taught the brethren, and said, Except ye be circumcised after the manner of Moses, ye cannot be saved.” Galatians 1:6-7, “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.”
My regular readers know that I have been at war with the Bob Jones University crowd for several years now. War gets ugly sometimes. There are some ignorant believers who think that it is not Christlike in spirit to rebuke false teachers, but they are foolish and wrong. Titus 1:13b says “Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;” Sadly, the Bob Jones crowd are arrogant and you cannot teach an old dog new tricks. But for the sake of others who are watching the battle from the sidelines, I preach to help them see THE TRUTH. This battle is not merely my opinion folks, it is a matter of life and death.
Sadly, BJU today has been taken over by Calvinists. Dr. Steve Pettit (president of BJU since 2014) sinfully preaches a Calvinist plan of salvation (aka, the perseverance of the saints) to BJU's 2,700 faculty and staff. I will preach until the Lord takes me home. Lordship Salvation is a false gospel accursed of God. It's a big deal. Right doctrine matters! I am disgusted with pastors all across America who go along with this evil, refusing to stand. I thank God for Pastor Jack Hyles, who recognized the danger of being wrong on repentance. The average preacher today doesn't care about false teachers, they mind their own business and let people like me do all the fighting. 2nd Timothy 2:3-4, “Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.”
Unfairly, Harvest Baptist Church of Guam continues to hurt me, turn members against me, ostracize me, ignore me, and shun me away for simply telling THE TRUTH. Harvest has gone down a dark path of evil, promoting corruptible seed and a counterfeit gospel of wrong repentance. Proverbs 14:12, “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” The Bob Jones University crowd are pulling on the same rope as the Devil. I am not the bad guy for telling THE TRUTH. Please read Dr. Jack Hyles again, this time exposing false Bibles, which are a big hindrance to soulwinning.
In conclusion, one may ask, "What does this have to do with soul winning?" Beloved, it has everything to do with soul winning. If the words of God are the incorruptible seed, and if seed must be incorruptible, if someone is born again, then the soul winner must have a perfect Bible. Thank God, we do! [emphasis added]
If I did not believe that I hold in my hand the perfect, inerrant, preserved, infallible, inspired, Word of almighty God, I would never preach again!!! How can we preach THE TRUTH if we don't know what the truth is? And how can we know what the truth is, if we search through dozens of English Bible revisions, which are all drastically different for copyright purposes? ...

I am not the enemy friends, Harvest Baptist Church is the enemy of THE TRUTH! Galatians 4:16, “Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?” They dishonor the Lord by supporting dozens of corrupt English Bible revisions. To support even ONE OF THEM makes a pastor and church guilty of promoting ALL of them, because all of the Brooke Westcott and Fenton Hort based translations are corrupt! This helpful chart will prove what I am saying. I am not just making a fuss in ignorance. I know what I am talking about as a fundamentalist Bible preacher! 2nd Corinthians 11:6, “But though I be rude in speech, yet not in knowledge; but we have been throughly made manifest among you in all things.”
If you want yuppie type, immature, shallow, theologically incompetent, marshmallow men for pastors, then you'll love the apostasy at Harvest Baptist Church of Guam. The entire Bob Jones crowd today wreaks with the stench of apostasy. If you want dozens of English Bible versions to confuse everyone, then Harvest is your cup of tea. If you want to be misled with the heresies of Wrong Repentance and Lordship Salvation, then you'll love the apostasy at Harvest and BJU today. Evangelist Steve Pettit will welcome you with open arms at BJU, as you all prepare to plunge into the Lake of Fire for eternity. Nobody sings as pretty as the unsaved Mormons, Seventh-Day Adventists and Catholics. Yet, because the Steve Pettit Evangelistic Team (what a joke) goes around signing hymns, everybody tolerates their false Bibles and false gospel. Right doctrine matters folks and I'm not going to shut up!
Sadly, the average pastor is so woefully ignorant of theology that he cannot even choose a side to take in this battle, so he straddles the fence like a coward. I said he is a coward! The face of a coward is the back of a someone's head as they run away from a battle! The Bob Jones crowd refuse to fight! But it gets worse, much worse. They also help the enemy! That's right. While faithful preachers like me preach the engrafted (firmly planted) Word, in season and out of season, the heretics at BJU and Harvest Baptist Church corrupt everyone. They corrupt everyone with Wrong Repentance, Lordship Salvation and False Bibles. They bid Godspeed to John MacArthur and Steve Pettit, making themselves partaker of their evil deeds. Preaching another gospel is an evil deed (Galatians 1:6-9).
Does anybody care anymore? Does truth matter to believers anymore? God authored ONE BOOK, not two, not 39, not 400! We have the one accurate Bible in the blessed inspired King James Bible today. There can only be ONE accurate Bible in any particular language. Common sense should tell you that! The Bible only teaches ONE GOSPEL, not two, not three or four. People were saved in the Old Testament the same way we are today, by simple childlike faith in Christ. Acts 10:43, “To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.”
Dear reader, the truth is not just my opinion, it is a matter of life or death. Dr. Hyles so beautiful emphasizes this fact in his book on enemies of soulwinning. I have been horribly mistreated for the past several years by the Harvest Baptist Church on Guam. Their former pastors, and present pastors, have counted me as the church's enemy, simply because in love I did what was right and honorable, telling them THE TRUTH. Tragically, they rejected the truth, just as Harvest rejects me, and rejects Jesus Christ (who is the truth according to John 8:36 and John 14:6). It is no light thing to tamper with the Word of God, as we read in Proverbs 30:5-6 (one of our text passages).
Deuteronomy 4:2 warns not to add or diminish from God's Word. Deuteronomy 4:2, “Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.” Yet foolish pastors everywhere today incompetently handle the Living Word, as if it is just another book, and its purity doesn't matter. For taking this faithful stand I have been demonized, hated, ostracized and blackballed by the biggest independent Baptist church on Guam since 2014.
Truth matters! Right doctrine matters! We are at war folks. I'm fighting on the frontlines, but where are the reinforcements? I am a soldier, spit upon by my own Baptist countrymen for fighting for my Savior. I know how those Vietnam solders felt, when they returned from fighting for their country in Vietnam, just to literally be spit upon by liberal Americans. Can you imagine how those men felt? I have an idea, believe me. I've been wiping the spit off my face from Harvest Baptist Church for the past 7 years. 2nd Timothy 2:3-4, “Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.” These pastors at Harvest are not soldiers, because they are not fighting for anything. They are college boys, academic types, who woefully lack compassion for hurting people, and woefully lack a burning passion for THE TRUTH as I have!!!
Listen, when I went though Hyles-Anderson College (1985-1993), I went through spiritual bootcamp. These dead Bible colleges today, like Moody Bible Institute and Bob Jones University, don't care about truth, people or soulwinning; all they are focused on is careers in education, nursing programs, computer science and making a living (money)! That is why they won't stand. That is why they don't care. They got into the ministry for the wrong reasons. They were trained wrong. They were trained by the wrong people. They were trained to go into all the world and educate everyone in the academic arts, while the world goes to Hell.
I hope someone is listening. I really do. I am so tired of being the bad guy for Jesus. You know, the Lord was put outside the gate too. Jesus became our scapegoat, bearing the reproach of our sin and shame! The Bible says in 2nd Timothy 3:12 that if we live godly in Christ Jesus we shall suffer persecution. Harvest thinks I am persecuting them, but I am exposing them, rebuking them sharply (Titus 1:10-13) for promoting corrupting seed and preaching another gospel. God curse is on anyone, even an angel the Bible says, who preaches “another gospel” (Galatians 1:6-9). It is a big deal to God; therefore, it is a big deal to me. I could go on preaching for hours, but I won't.
Please listen to the Epistle of Galatians. Listen with your undivided attention. Listen if the Apostle Paul ever asks them if they repented of their sins to be saved. He doesn't. Listen if Paul ever asks them if they have surrendered all to Jesus. He doesn't. In truth, Paul only asked the churches of Galatia one question in Galatians 3:2, “This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?” I love that so much! I hope you will read this article I wrote about Cornelius in Acts chapter 10. It is a wonderful story. The apostle Peter never told the audience listening to him to do anything. Peter simply preached the Good News of Jesus, and as the hearers believed, they were miraculously saved. That is the simplicity that is in Christ, you simply believe the Gospel when you hear it preached and are immediately saved forever. It is that simple dear friend.
