Hear Ye Him!

Matthew 17:5, “While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.”

When Moses and Elijah appeared with the Lord in the presence of Peter, James and John on the mount (Matthew 17:1-5), the Apostles offered to build 3 tabernacles for them. This displeased God the Father, because only Jesus is to be glorified; not Moses or Elijah. A cloud overshadowed Elijah, Moses and Jesus and God the Father said: “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; HEAR YE HIM.” My heart's desire is for all my web visitors to HEAR YE HIM. Hear the Words of Jesus Christ in the Word of God.

One of the main reasons why so many people nowadays are confused and having difficulty settling their theological beliefs, is because they are being blown about by every wind of doctrine on television and the internet. Ephesians 4:14-16, “That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.”

Please notice Ephesians 4:14b-15, “by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love...” The Greek word for “sleight” is kubeia, which refers to a die used for gambling. That is, when you listen to men teach and preach about religion, you are taking a gamble with your life and eternal destiny! You had better do as Jesus commanded my friend and “SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES”!!! Don't gamble dear reader with you soul. John 5:39, “Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.” HEAR YE HIM!!!

I am just a voice crying in cyberspace, pointing people to the precious Lord. I don't want you to believe anything I say. I want you to SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES to see if what I am preaching agrees with God's Word. Don't follow me, HEAR HE HIM! Follow me if I follow God's Word, but don't you dare take my word for it, because I could be wrong sometimes.

In the book of Acts, the Bereans were more noble the Apostle Paul said, than they at Thessalonica, because the Bereans didn't just believe what he preached to them. The Bereans went to check their Bibles at home, to verify Paul's teachings to see if he was accurate. Acts 17:11, “These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.” I am going to do just like the Bereans!

I am disgusted with most so-called “Bible colleges” today! All across America today young people are being indoctrinated with the Devil's lie that you must “turn from your sin” to be saved, which is not even found in the Bible. If those impressionable young people would simply SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES, they would see that Bob Jones University is lying to them! I say that kindly, but speaking THE TRUTH in love as we just read in Ephesians 4:15. Hear ye Him!
