Faith In Christ, Plus; Versus Faith In Christ, Period

John 6:28-29, “Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.“ Acts 10:43, “To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.” Acts 16:30-31, “And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.”

Again and again throughout the Holy Bible we are taught that the way of salvation is to simply BELIEVE ON CHRIST, PERIOD. Tragically, churches and Bible colleges and pastors everywhere nowadays are preaching FAITH IN CHRIST, PLUS something else, which cannot produce the new birth by the Holy Spirit of God. One of my absolute favorite sermons is by Pastor Dennis Rokser, preached at the Sugar Land Bible Church in Texas. The awesome sermon, a defense of the simple Gospel is called: 'GETTING THE GOSPEL RIGHT AND WRONG'...

GETTING THE GOSPEL RIGHT AND WRONG

Dear reader, the Word of God is adamantly clear that there is NOT another Gospel. ... 

Galatians 1:6-9, “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. ”

There is only ONE GOSPEL. I am sickened by most church pastors today, particularly Baptists. I am sickened because they all go along with their peers, knowing that their peers in the clergy are preaching a wide array of unbiblical ideas. For example: Pastor Curtis Hutson (1934-1995) correctly preaches a free grace Gospel, FAITH IN CHRIST, PERIOD. Dr. Hutson refutes the heresy of Lordship Salvation. 

In sharp contrast, Dr. Steve Pettit (president of Bob Jones University since 2014) preaches another gospel of Calvinism (aka, Lordship Salvation). This is the same damnable heresy that Pastor John MacArthur teaches. These men cannot all be right! 

“In great contests [battles], each party claims to act in accordance with the will of God—both may be, but one must be, wrong—God cannot be for and against the same thing at the same time!” —President Abraham Lincoln

Why did Mr. Lincoln say that? It is because both the Northern Union and the Southern Confederacy claimed to be doing “God's will” in fighting The Civil War (1860-1965). Both President Jefferson Davis in the south, and President Abraham Lincoln in the north, said they were doing “God's will.” As Mr. Lincoln wisely points out, that is IMPOSSIBLE! When two opposing parties, who are warring against each other, claiming to be doing God's will, obviously someone is WRONG! That is why Abraham Lincoln made that powerful statement!

Likewise, the Gospel cannot mean that there are multiple plans of salvation. Either you don't have to do anything except BELIEVE IN CHRIST, PERIOD; or else you must BELIEVE IN CHRIST, PLUS turn away from your sins, surrender your life to Christ as absolute “Lord,” run the race (Christian life) faithfully unto the end, count the cost and pay the price, exchange all that you are for all that Christ is, live a lifestyle of repentance (continually turning away from sinful behavior), and follow Jesus no matter what the cost. I have provided the preceding hyperlinks so you can see the theological garbage that these false teachers preach for yourself. Folks, all of these things have their proper place in the Christian life, but NONE OF THEM comprise the Gospel (Good News) that saves us by faith (1st Corinthians 15:1-4).

If you want to go to Heaven someday dear friend, then you had better BELIEVE IN JESUS, PERIOD. John 6:40, “And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.” That is so simple! The Father's only will for you and me, concerning eternal life, is that we BELIEVE ON CHRIST. John 20:31, “But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.” Again and again the Word of God simply teaches us to BELIEVE ON CHRIST, PERIOD.

Yet, these devils in the pulpit today like Marty Herron, Gary Walton, Steve Pettit, John Piper, John MacArthur, Sam Horn, Ray Comfort, Adrian Rodgers, Jack Chick, William Lane Craig, Chip Ingram, Paul Washer, Joel Osteen, John Hagee, Rick Warren, Beth Moore, Charles Stanley, Bryan Derringer, Southern Baptist Convention, Pacific Garden Mission's UNSHACKLED—all these corrupt infidels are guilty of preaching another gospel that says to BELIEVE IN CHRIST, PLUS something more to be saved. 

In Matthew 7:21-23 we find a group of dedicated religious zealots, who spent their lives serving and following Christ as “LORD, LORD.” Yet Jesus denied even knowing them! The reason why is because they were trusting in FAITH IN CHRIST, PLUS their many wonderful works done in Jesus' name, and that they had preached in Jesus' name, and that they had cast out devils in Jesus' name. The Lord makes it very clear in Matthew 7:21, “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.” John 6:40 says that the Father's will is to BELIEVE ON CHRIST, PERIOD!!! 

We LOOK TO LIVE, we don't LIVE TO LOOK. Isaiah 45:22, “Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.” Regeneration does not precede faith (John 1:12-13). If you admit that you are a guilty sinner, seeing your need for redemption, Christ will save you simply for resting in Him as your Savior. John 6:47, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.”

Exposing False Teachers Is Very Important To The Gospel

Titus 1:10-14, “For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision: Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake. One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians are alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies. This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;: Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.” 1st Corinthians 11:19, “For there must be also heresies among you, that they which are approved may be made manifest among you.”

The Bible commands us as born-again believers to take a stand against heresy. The word “heresy” simply means any opinion that disagrees with the inspired Holy Bible. There is no controversy if you believe the Bible. God's Word stands! The Bible teaches in one of our text passages that WE NEED HERESY, so that doctrinally sound Bible teachers can be made known. Heresy is far more deadly than the COIVD-19 virus, which can send you to Hell forever if you die in your sins without Jesus as your Savior (John 8:24; Revelation 20:15). 

I received an e-mail recently from a sincere 73 year old man. He rebuked me, saying that I should just preach the Bible and not fight against my brothers in the Lord. Kindly, that man is woefully ignorant. The Bible says in 1st Corinthians 11:19 that we need heresies, as a canvas against which true Bible preachers can proclaim THE TRUTH. By exposing the corrupt Bob Jones University (BJU) crowd and their Devil's lie of Lordship Salvation, I am able to lead people to Christ. I've often said that we cannot get anyone saved until we first get them lost. 

Tragically, millions of churchgoers and Bible college students have been lied to by false teachers like Dr. Steve Pettit (president of BJU), told that they cannot merely say they've accepted Christ and that's it. In addition, Steve Pettit errantly teaches that you must start, faithfully run, and finish the race (living the Christian life) or else you won't go to Heaven. There are not two different Gospels friend. There are not variations of the Gospel of free grace. The Bible says that you simply come to God as a needy sinner, resting in the finished work of Jesus Christ Who died on the cross for our sins, was buried and miraculously raised up bodily three days later. This is THE GOSPEL by which we are saved if we believe it (1st Corinthians 15:1-4). Nothing more is required or allowed to receive eternal life.

In sharp contrast, false teachers like Pastor John MacArthur teach that you must forsake a sinful lifestyle, count the cost and pay the price, exchange your life for Christ's life, commit your entire personality to Christ as Lord to follow Him no matter what the cost. That is NOT the Gospel, not even in the ballpark! Another big time heretic is Pastor Marty Herron, who says that it's not enough to admit that you are a sinner, you must also turn away from a lifestyle of sin to be saved. I heard him say it at Harvest Baptist Church on Guam in 2014 with my very own two ears, in front on hundreds of church members on a Sunday morning. God's curse is upon that wicked false teacher (Galatians 1:6-9). 

Evangelist Ray Comfort is another bad apple, who requires that you LIVE A LIFESTYLE of turning away from your sins, just like Marty Herron does, to be saved. These are false prophets of the worst sort, because they deceptively appear as Christians. Their gospel is not our Gospel. There is nothing in the Gospel as defined in 1st Corinthians 15:1-4 that includes repenting of your sins to be saved. Repentance is not mentioned at all! That is because repentance is automatic. The man who BELIEVS has repented of his unbelief and idols. If God wanted us to turn away from something to be saved, then He would have said so, but He didn't! 

Repeatedly in the Gospel of John, and throughout the New Testament, we are simply taught that the way of salvation is to BELIEVE ON JESUS. John 6:28-29, “Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.” Yet, thousands of ungodly false teachers refuse to teach the simplicity that is in Christ, making salvation HARD. John MacArthur even authored a horrible book titled: “HARD TO BELIEVE.” Any preacher who makes getting saved hard is of the Devil. Pastors' John MacArthur, Chuck Phelps, Marty Herron, Steve Pettit, Gary Walton and the entire Bob Jones crowd today are of the Devil, making salvation hard.

I have paid dearly for my stand for THE TRUTH. I lost two potential wives at Harvest Baptist Church on Guam, because Marty Herron drove me out of the church for befriending him with THE TRUTH. God will deal with Herron treacherously as he has dealt with me, costing me everything. Pastor Herron has his wife, so what does he care if I am alone without a companion. I haven't had a church family since 2014 to 2021, because of Marty Herron's cowardice, arrogance, selfishness, haughty rich man's pride and wickedness to reject THE TRUTH. God's curse is upon that rotten false prophet! I didn't say, God did in Galatians 1:6-9 and Galatians 3:1-3 and Galatians 6:7. Lordship Salvation is a perversion of God's grace. My blood is upon their heads at BJU and Harvest Baptist Church on Guam. They can remove, ban, shun, shame and ostracize me as a truth-teller, but they cannot escape the judgment of God almighty (Matthew 7:1-2; Galatians 6:7; Matthew 12:36; Ecclesiastes 12:13-14; Hebrews 4:13; Matthew 7:21-23; Luke 13:23-24). 

I wouldn't give you a dime for any preacher who does not expose false teachers. The 73 year old man who wrote to me is foolish in his thinking. He erroneously calls the false teachers whom I expose “brothers.” Kindly said, Marty Herron, John MacArthur, Steve Pettit, Chuck Phelps, Gary Walton, Paul Washer and Ray Comfort are not Christian brothers (to name but a few), they are infidels lurking in the pulpit today, damning men's souls to Hell with a counterfeit plan of salvation which cannot produce the new birth. Salvation is not partial faith in Christ plus giving up your sinful bad habits. Salvation is not partial faith in Christ plus surrendering all to Christ as “Lord” of your life. Salvation is wholly resting in Jesus Christ because He died in your place on the cross, was buried, and physically resurrected three days later.

Most Good People Go To Hell Forever

Matthew 7:19-23, “Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”

The Holy Bible says that we will know someone by their “fruits.” A fatal mistake that so many people make is to ass-u-me that “fruits” means “works.” It absolutely does not. The context of this passages is very clear. Jesus is speaking about one's doctrine, not their works. Proof of this is the fact that these religious people boasted of their “many wonderful works,” yet they were corrupt in their plan of salvation. The Savior denied knowing them! Jesus called them workers of iniquity! Their woeful error was that they failed to obey the will of God, which according to John 6:40 is to “BELIEVE ON HIM.” We are saved by placing our childlike faith in Jesus Christ, period. Salvation is not faith in Christ, plus something else.

I'd like to point out that these were GOOD PEOPLE! They did many wonderful works. They did these works in Jesus' name. They prophesied (preached) in Jesus' name. They cast out devils in Jesus' name. They even called Jesus “LORD, LORD.” There's your Lordship Salvation heresy right there! Many churches (especially Baptists) today have succumbed to the Devil's lie that to be saved, faith MUST include a life of devotion to serving Christ, turning away from a sinful lifestyle, surrendering all to Jesus as absolute “Lord,” faithfully running the race (living the Christian life) until the end, counting the cost and paying the price, exchanging all that you are for all that Christ is, and following Jesus no matter what the cost. This fallacy is the same Lordship type of false gospel that Seventh-Day Adventists (SDA) teach.

In sharp contrast to all that extra garbage, which the proponents of Lordship Salvation and the SDA cult ADD to God's simple plan of salvation, the Bible defines faith as simply RESTING in God's righteousness through faith alone in Jesus Christ....

Hebrews 4:10-11, “For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.”

Jesus proclaimed this great truth in John 6:28-29, “Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.” The only labour (work) which God allows to be saved is to BELIEVE ON JESUS!!! This is true Bible faith, not the ridiculous demonic faith of wicked men that require doing a bunch of things to get to Heaven. We are saved by FAITH IN CHRIST, PERIOD; not by FAITH IN CHRIST, PLUS something else.

Please RUN away from any bad preacher or corrupt pastor who tells you to “repent of your sin” to be saved. That wicked man has added a step to salvation beyond what God requires. Nowhere in the King James Bible are we taught to repent or turn away from sinning to be saved. These are manmade commandments. The Bible simply teaches to BELIEVE ON HIM. John 9:36, “He answered and said, Who is he, Lord, that I might believe on him?”

A common attack made by the Lordship Salvation crowd is that free grace advocates (such as myself) are guilty of leaving off repentance. No, we haven't left off repentance. No one has ever been saved who didn't repent. But Bible “repentance” (metanoeo, a verb) simply means “to think differently.” Acts 20:21 speaks of repentance “TOWARD GOD.” 2nd Timothy 2:25 speaks of repentance “TO THE ACKNOWLEDGING OF THE TRUTH.” The Bible never speaks of repentance from sin. A man is saved by BELIVING ON JESUS!!! Repentance is automatic, which is why we find the word “believe” mentioned 85 times in the Gospel of John, but the word “repent” is not mentioned even once. This is simply because the man who BELIEVES ON CHRIST has repented, and the man who repents has BELIEVED ON CHRIST.

Repentance is simply acknowledging THE TRUTH that you are a needy sinner (Romans 3:19-20), so that you will BELIEVE ON JESUS to be saved (Galatians 3:24-26). When wicked religious men ADD turning away from sin with all your heart to the Gospel, they have perverted God's free gift of grace. They are preaching “another gospel” (2nd Corinthians 11:3-4; Galatians 1:6-9, 6:7). These are good men as far as good men go in the world, but they are wicked men in the sight of almighty God, because they corrupt THE TRUTH.

The false teachers in Matthew 7:21-23 were GOOD PEOPLE. No wonder Jesus said in Luke 13:23-24, “Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them, Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.” Millions of infidels will someday in eternity try to enter into Heaven, boasting of all the good works they did throughout their earthly life, but they will be denied admission into the pearly gated heavenly city. Matthew 7:21, “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.” John 6:40 says that the Father's will is to “BELIEVE ON HIM.”

For preaching this simple Bible truth, I have been persecuted by the Bob Jones University crowd. I have wickedly forced out of my church family at the Harvest Baptist Church on Guam in 2014. I was banned and ostracized by the church congregation, staff members and ungodly pastors. As of 2021, I haven't had a church family for the past 7 years because of the wickedness of Pastor Marty Herron (senior pastor from 1999 to 2018), Associate Pastors' Joe Hansen and Jared Baldwin, Gary Walton (senior pastor since 2018) and the other associate pastors at Harvest. They cruelly axed me like a turkey on Thanksgiving day! My only crime was TELLING THE TRUTH that Lordship Salvation is a perversion of God's grace.

The church's school nurse, Kristen Hurlburt, was my love. I wanted to marry her and told her so in 2017 in writing and in person. She kicked me in the teeth and threw me to the curb, putting it in writing that she didn't ever want to hear from me again. I was devastated in my soul. I will always love her and wish she had agreed to marry me. That was her decision alone. I am saddened that Kristen bid Godspeed to her wicked pastors, following the same damnable doctrines of devils that they spread to send people to Hell. Repeatedly in the Bible we are told to simply BELIEVE ON CHRIST to be saved. Acts 10:43, “To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins. ”

It breaks my heart that Kristen Hurlburt is as shallow as her ungodly pastors, passing up a really great guy who loves her with all his soul, because she lacked the spiritual insight to see the beauty of my caring heart and soulwinning ministry. Instead, she'll end up marrying some average guy, a bum who has never done anything for Christ except occupy a chair at church. I pray for God to give me a loving wife who values my tender caring heart and soulwinning labors. Perhaps God didn't want Kristen to marry me, because of her corrupted faith. Anybody who is okay with the perverse plan of salvation being preached by the Bob Jones University crowd today is not a born-again believer. There is NOT another gospel (Galatians 1:6-7).

Yes, most good people are going to spend eternity burning in torments in the Lake of Fire. I am not happy about that. God is not willing that ANY should perish, but that ALL men should come to salvation (2nd Peter 3:9). God deliver us from the ungodly, shallow, neo-evangelical, indifferent, doctrinally corrupted, sinfully arrogant Bob Jones camp today!!! 

Dear friend, you don't go to Heaven because you are GOOD, nor to Hell because you are BAD. The only reason why any of us can go to Heaven is simply because GOD IS GOOD! What saith the Scripture? Titus 3:5-7, “Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.” The “washing of regeneration” speaks of having our sins washed away when we are born-again (regenerated) by the Holy Spirit. We are legally declared JUSTIFIED (just if I'd never sinned at all) by God's grace.

I want to puke when I hear the hypocritical Bob Jones University crowd insist that salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone, while at the same time insisting that you must “repent and turn away from sin” to be saved. Folks, that is a forked-tongue plan of damnation! I know that it seems so subtle and hardly anything to make a fuss over, but the tiniest addition to BELIEVING ON CHRIST is a counterfeit gospel, which cannot produce regeneration (the new birth). Salvation is not turning away from your sinful lifestyle PLUS partial faith in Christ. This is the satanic junk that the BJU crowd are propagating everywhere today. The Bible teaches over and over that to have eternal life, it is a free gift (Romans 5:15) that we simply receive by faith (Galatians 3:26). Anyone who comes to God as a needy sinner, receiving by faith Christ's sacrifice on the cross as payment for their sins, believing that He is bodily risen is saved. 1st Thessalonians 4:14, “For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.”

It is so sad and tragic, and a tremendous source of discouragement and frustration in my life personally, that the Bob Jones crowd are corrupted in their understanding of the Gospel. I have been a victim, emotionally abused and cruelly abandoned by the shameful Harvest Baptist Church on Guam from 2014 to 2021. I am finally moving, from Guam to Florida in 2021. I am glad to end this dark chapter of my life, which was caused simply because I TOLD THE TRUTH at Harvest, and their pastors persecuted me for it. When I pleaded for their compassion in 2017, begging to allow me to attend church services so that I could court Kristen Hurlburt for marriage, they all told me to “go elsewhere.” Kristen was cruel too!

I have been outside the gate with Jesus all these past 7 painful and miserable lonely years. I have stood alone (a beautiful MP3 sermon by Pastor Jack Hyles). I lost Kristen as my beloved wife because I took a faithful stand for God against false doctrine at Harvest Baptist Church on Guam and in the Bob Jones University camp. I do not agree with Pastor Peter S. Ruckman on everything he taught, but he was 100% correct to expose BJU as the Alexandrian Cult. The perverse Devil's Bible revisions which BJU uses, sells and sanctions have corrupted them!!!

I have lost everything near and dear to me since 2014 because of the wicked pastors of Harvest Baptist Church on Guam. My blood is upon their incompetent hands as leaders. They betrayed their duties as church leaders, failing to protect the flock of God, leading people astray into heresy and deception (Jeremiah 5:31; Titus 1:10-13; Mark 7:7-13; Matthew 15:8; Matthew 12:36). Judgment day is coming for all men (Hebrews 9:27). I pray for God to speedily avenge me of losing Kristen as my wife. I pray for God to vindicate my doctrinally sound preaching against Harvest. Romans 3:4, “God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.” The truths which I shared with Harvest's pastors were in total agreement with the inspired Word of God. Yet, Harvest's ungodly pastors chose the commandments of men instead of the truth of God's Word. 

There is only ONE GOSPEL, but the Bob Jones crowd are all over the road doctrinally. Either Pastor Curtis Hutson (1934-1995) is right that you don't have to stop committing one sin to be saved (with which I fully agree - Romans 5:20; or else you cannot be saved unless you turn away from a lifestyle of sin (as Marty Herron, Steve Pettit, John MacArthur, Chuck Phelps, Gary Walton and the whole rotten Bob Jones crowd foolishly preach today). But salvation cannot be by BOTH WAYS! Someone is wrong! Both sides of the debate may be wrong, or one side wrong, but both sides cannot be right!!! That means one side is going to Hell.

For befriending Harvest Baptist Church on Guam with THE TRUTH, which I did in the kindest and most gentlemanly way, they killed the prophet. They cost me Kristen as my wife. They cost me my church family for 7 lonely and inexplicably painful years. The new pastor since 2018, Gary Walton, is just as wicked as the rest of them, only selfishly thinking about himself. The Bible exposes these infidels of the faith in Romans 16:17-18, “Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.” There's your hellbound crowd in Matthew 7:21-23, whom the Lord called workers of iniquity and denied ever knowing them. Marty Herron is a stranger to Jesus Christ! Steve Pettit is a stranger to the blessed Savior! John MacArthur is a stranger to the Redeemer!

Pastor Marty Herron ruined my life, cost me my wife, destroyed my happiness, left me for dead, and then weaseled away like the deadly serpent in Genesis. Herron is as the adulterous woman in Proverbs 30:20, “Such is the way of an adulterous woman; she eateth, and wipeth her mouth, and saith, I have done no wickedness.” But Pastor Herron has done MUCH wickedness. The stench of his apostasy reaches up unto Heaven's gates, where he won't be allowed admission someday (John 10:1, 9). Isaiah 14:9, “Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming: it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations.” 

Sadly, Dr. Marty Herron is a spoiled rich man, who has preyed upon naïve churches his entire life, following the money-making opportunities as they were presented to him, selling out in sinful compromise, dipping his sails, going along to get along with spiritual apostasy. These shallow neo-evangelicals stand for virtually nothing, operate their organizations with cultish club membership only policies, mistreat hurting people with dictatorship thuggish authoritarianism. I do not hate anybody. God knows that I am a loving man. I love all sinners, everyone! I view every human being, even the most contemptible among us like Marty Herron, as a sinner for whom Jesus Christ was willing to die on the cross of Calvary (Romans 5:6-9). But Marty Herron is no mere sinner, he is an arrogant hardened Pharisee, self-righteous as can be, thinking that to get to Heaven a person must turn away from living a sinful lifestyle. 

The Bob Jones crowd are wicked abusive authoritarians! Don't take my word for it, search the internet for authoritarian abuse at Bob Jones University. BJU has made countless enemies over the years, by being abusive, just as I was horribly ABUSED repeatedly at the Harvest Baptist Church on Guam between 2014 and 2021. These wicked leaders literally play God with people's lives, hurting anybody who opposes them. There is no accountability. Marty Herron belongs behind bars in prison, which is where I wish I could put him for the rest of his life, but I am powerless to hold him accountable for costing me Kristen and ruining my life. God promises to punish him (Romans 12:19-21; Ecclesiastes 12:13-14; Galatians 1:6-9, 3:1-3, 5:4, 6:7).

Dear friend, I didn't author the inspired Holy Bible, God did. I am simply upholding, defending and proclaiming what the inspired Word of God says—that we are saved by BELIEVING ON JESUS!!! For proclaiming these blessed TRUTHS, I lost Kristen Hurlburt as my wife, and lost the only church family I knew for an entire year in 2014. I have been so lonely since 2014 because of Mr. Herron's prejudice, hatred and rejection of THE TRUTH. While Marty Herron romances his wife, enjoys homecooked dinners and is living large, he ruined my life. That is what I got for TELLING THE TRUTH to be faithful to God. 

I know God is good, and somehow my dear Savior will punish Marty Herron and make it up to me in the long run. No man can reject THE TRUTH and get way with it! No pastor can deprive another hurting human of the right to attend church, and get away with it. Blessed be the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, my God and Savior. Cursed by the name of Marty Herron, the Devil's servant. Yes, good people go to Hell all the time. Marty Herron is not a good man in my humble view, but an opportunist like Bill and Hillary Clinton. Most good people go to Hell forever, and that sadly includes most religious people (Matthew 6:7-8, 7:13-15, 15:8).

There is nothing good about me except Jesus (Galatians 2:20). I am just a needy sinner saved by God's grace. I have never tired to forsake my sinful life to get saved, God forbid. The truth is that neither Marty Herron nor any other human being has ever turned away from a sinful lifestyle. Ecclesiastes 7:20, “For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.” All you can do is try, which is WORKS for salvation if you include it in the Gospel. The Bob Jones crowd are corrupt and on their way to the Lake of Fire. I tried to help them see as a true friend does, for which I was thrown under the bus and crucified (2nd Timothy 3:12). It is tragic that the worst persecution, rejection and pain in my life has come from churches, simply because I TOLD THE TRUTH (Galatians 4:16).

Acts 16:30-31 Gives Us The Simple Plan Of Salvation

Acts 16:30-31, “And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.”

I love the simplicity of the Word of God. Although there are many passages of Scripture which are indeed controversial, the topic of salvation is abundantly clear in the Holy Bible. God authored the Gospel of John to show us how to go to Heaven. John 20:31, “But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.” As you can clearly see, John 20:31 penned by the Apostle John is in full agreement with Acts 16:30-31 written by the Apostle Luke. To be saved we are simply told to BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.

With such clear Scriptural evidence in view, it is tragic and disturbing that countless religious leaders today pervert the Gospel, teaching doctrines of devils. These men are sincere, but dead wrong in their theological error. The Bible is our final standard, not the teachings of men. What saith the Scripture? I just showed you what the Bible says in Acts 16:30-31 and John 20:31. We are saved by BELIEVING ON JESUS.

The Damnable Counterfeit Gospel Of Pacific Garden Mission

Now take a disturbing look at what Pacific Garden Mission (PGM) teaches, and you'll understand why I preach against these infidels of the faith. In UNSHACKLED program #3589 (aired in 2020), a woman named Debbie Brooks meets with a religious friend named Sharon:

SHARON: Trusting Jesus is the only thing that can make a difference in my messed-up life. 

DEBBIE: I keep hearing that in church, but I don't get it—how something that EASY can be a life-changer. 

SHARON: Oh Debbie, it's not easy—believing in Jesus means repenting and asking forgiveness for all the old ways, and then GIVING THEM UP FOR GOOD. When you find the COURAGE TO DO THAT, He'll help you CHANGE YOUR LIFE. 

DEBBIE: Huh, well, I'll have to think about it.

Dear reader, what you just read taught by Pacific Garden Mission in Chicago is of the Devil, straight out of the pits of Hell. I hope you see how evil this is. PGM has moved away from the hope of the Gospel. According to the preceding UNSHACKLED program, it is NOT EASY to be saved, because you are required to GIVE UP YOUR OLD SINFUL WAYS PERMANENTLY! That is “another gospel” accursed by God! Somewhere along the way, Moody Bible Institute, Bob Jones University and Pacific Garden Mission became devout followers of Pastor John MacArthur's demonic Lordship Salvation garbage theology! God's curse is upon all of them—including infidels' Marty Herron, Chuck Phelps, Sam Horn, Steve Pettit, Tom Ferrell, Joe Hansen, Jared Baldwin and Gary Walton. Pacific Garden Mission is also guilty of preaching another gospel...

Galatians 1:6-9, “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.”

Pacific Garden Mission is PREACHING ANOTHER GOSPEL!!! We are taught in 2nd Corinthians 11:3-4 that the Gospel is simple. Having to forsake the old sinful way of life is anything but simple. PGM has it backwards. God's plan of salvation is simply that you come to God as a needy sinner, and you receive His Son's sacrifice on the cross as payment for your sins. PGM demands that you turn from your sins first, which is not what the Bible teaches. 

Again, I just showed you from John 20:31 and Acts 16:30-31 that we are saved by BELIEVING ON JESUS. Nothing more is required! Repentance is automatic. The man who believes on the Lord Jesus Christ has repented (i.e., changed his mind toward God - Acts 20:21). If repentance was a separate act from believing, then the Bible would have said to repent and believe in Acts 16:30-31 and John 20:31, but it doesn't. The Bible simply says to BELIEVE on Jesus! 

What right do wicked men have to add to God's Words? Proverbs 30:5-6, “Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.” Pastor Marty Herron is a liar. Dr. Steve Pettit is a liar. Pastor John MacArthur is a liar. Pacific Garden Mission are liars. Cartoon evangelist Jack Chick is a liar. Dr. Sam Horn is a liar. Bob Jones University are liars. Moody Bible Institute are liars. Harvest Baptist Church on Guam are liars. Pastor Gary Walton is a liar. The proponents of Lordship Salvation are liars. Those who teach that a person must turn away from sin to be saved are liars. These are all the commandments of men, which make the inspired Word of God of none effect (Mark 7:7-13).

PGM's false gospel says you must make a commitment to follow Jesus as “Lord.” Yet, Judas followed Jesus as one of His very apostles and still went to Hell. Matthew 27:3 says Judas “repented” of his sins, but he wasn't saved at all. Millions of religious people falsely think they will be in Heaven someday, because they are trying to faithfully live the Christian life, but they will be in Hell (Matthew 7:21-23). Luke 13:23-24, “Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them, Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.”

Here is PGM's 'GO TO' Bible passage—2nd Corinthians 5:17-18, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;” There is a fine line between faith and foolishness! God knows that I am not trying to be negative, nor criticize Pacific Garden Mission without a cause; but rather, they are pressuring sinners to make a commitment to turn away from sin to be saved, which is not a part of the Gospel. 

The “new creature” spoken of in 2nd Corinthians 5:17 is wrought by the work of the indwelling Holy Spirit, and NOT by the recipient of God's free gift of eternal life by faith alone. God saves a man by faith alone (this is justification), and then the indwelling Holy Spirit changes that man over a lifetime of growing in grace (this is sanctification). PGM's worldwide popular 'UNSHACKLED' radio broadcast preaches another gospel which cannot produce regeneration (the new birth).

The Deadly Bob Jones University Crowd Today

It is critically important that sanctification within be kept entirely separate from justification without. Pilgrim's Progress author and Gospel preacher, John Bunyan, said it well:

“If you do not put a difference between justification wrought by the man Christ without and sanctification wrought by the Spirit of Christ within, you are not able to divide the Word aright; but contrariwise, you corrupt the Word of God, and cast stumbling blocks before the people.” [emphasis added] —Evangelist John Bunyan

I love that helpful quote. In fact, it is one of my favorite quotes. It shows that John Bunyan fully understood that a changed life has NOTHING to do with receiving the free gift of eternal life, which is solely by the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ (Philippians 3:9). The entire Bob Jones University crowd today are deceived by the Devil, because they do not put a difference between justification and sanctification. Proof of what I say is clearly seen in the following horrifying quote from Dr. Steve Pettit (an unsaved infidel who has hi-jacked the leadership of BJU since 2014):

“You can't just speak about getting saved, and you accepted Christ, and then that's it! There is a justification; There is a sanctification; There's ultimately a glorification, and though there are three parts, they are all part of the whole, and you cannot separate them. In order for you to qualify for the award, you have to get into the race, you have to stay in the race, and you have to finish the race. If you want to win, you have to run to the end; and winning in the Christian life is everything, because if you lose—if you don't finish—you lose everything—you lose your SOUL. And so, the Christian race is the life of faith that begins, is run, and is finished when we cross over into Heaven!” —Dr. Steve Pettit (“What Does It Mean To Run 'The Race'?” - 11:34)

As you just read from Steve Pettit's own words, he teaches that you CANNOT separate justification from sanctification. In so doing, Dr. Pettit is guilty of corrupting the Word of God and casting stumbling blocks before the people. Anyone who bids Godspeed to BJU today and Steve Pettit are pulling on the same rope as the Devil. For taking a faithful stand for THE TRUTH, at Harvest Baptist Church on Guam between 2014 to 2021, I was cruelly driven out of their church family and thrown under the bus. Wicked men don't care! Wicked men teach the commandments of men instead of what the Bible teaches. The Scripture is very clear that we are saved by BELIEVING ON JESUS. John 11:25-26, “Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?”

How in the world did evil men like Marty Herron, Steve Pettit, Gary Walton, Ray Comfort, Chuck Phelps and John MacArthur corrupt the Gospel, so that BELIEVING ON JESUS is no longer enough to be saved; they say you must also turn away from a lifestyle of sin, surrender your life to Christ as absolute “Lord,” faithfully run the race of the Christian life until the end, count the cost and pay the price, exchange all that you are for all that Christ is, commit your life to serve Christ, live a perpetual lifestyle of turning away from sin, and follow Jesus no matter what the cost? NONE of these things comprise “the Gospel” as defined in 1st Corinthians 15:1-4. Pastor Herron and the other aforementioned wicked men, all teach for doctrines the “COMMANDMENTS OF MEN” (Mark 7:7-13).

We should always let the Holy Scripture speak for Itself. Acts 16:30b-31, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.” That is so simple, free and easy. Please don't allow a bunch of arrogant wicked Bob Jones University alumni take you to Hell with them.

Repentance Is Toward God And Truth, Not From Anything

Acts 20:21, “Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.” 2nd Timothy 2:25, “In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;”

I am so sick and tired of idiotic pastors who corrupt the Gospel by adding words that God did not author in the Holy Bible. When asked for their view on repentance, countless woefully ignorant pastors have said to me over the years, “Well you can't turn TO something unless you also turn FROM something.” To the logical human mind that sounds very reasonable. Yet the Bible does not say that, does it. You cannot show me any place in the inspired King James Bible where it says to turn away “from” something to be saved.

Dear friend, it simply doesn't matter what you are turning away from, because the man who repents toward God and the truth is saved. By using the clever mentality that “you can't turn TO something unless you also turn FROM something,” you can add anything you want to the Gospel, perverting God's grace. The popular teaching these days is that to be saved you must turn away from your sins. This is what Bob Jones University adds to the Gospel, perverting God's grace. Most religious literature teaches that you must “turn away from sinful ways” to be saved. That is not what the Bible teaches! 

One of the most ungodly institutions today is Bob Jones University. Sadly, tens of thousands of churchgoers have been deceived and infected with BJU's heresy of wrong repentance and Lordship Salvation. BJU has blood all over their hands. I have been faithfully preaching for decades against these evils, but I am tired. One of the most ungodly places I have ever found is the rotten Harvest Baptist Church on Guam. Their pastors disregard truth. When I attended the church for one year in 2014, I was sickened by the things I heard and saw. Harvest has very low moral standards. Harvest's pastors preach Lordship Salvation. I witnessed to many of their staff members, who serve as school teachers, and others as deacons in the church, who clearly were not born-again Christians. They all believe that you cannot be saved unless you turn away from your sin first. That is a works based counterfeit plan of salvation.

According to Galatians 1:6-9, God's deadly curse is upon Bob Jones University and Harvest Baptist Church on Guam. They all did me wrong! They drove me out of their church, banned me from returning to church services, and have cruelly ostracized me since 2014. In 2017 I was desperate for a church family, and pleaded three times with the church pastors to return. They were cruel and selfish, telling me to go away. My heart was broken, for the second time. It was bad enough that they forced me out of the church in 2014, but now despite my apologies and humble plea to simply sit in church on Sunday, they sinfully rejected me. 

The Bible says that if we don't forgive others, neither will the Lord forgive us. Any forgiveness that refuses to even allow a man to sit in church services is a false forgiveness! Matthew 6:14-15, “For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.” Pastor Marty Herron refused to forgive me! Jesus will not forgive him either. I do not believe Mr. Herron is saved at all, because he thinks you must turn away from a sinful lifestyle to get to Heaven, which is self-righteousness. The true Gospel only focuses on JESUS, a false gospel focuses on YOU. Anytime a preacher speaks of something that YOU must do to be saved, he is a liar who is preaching another gospel!

Harvest's Pastors And Staff Have Much Blood On Their Hands

When I attended Harvest Baptist Church on Guam throughout 2014, their nurse Kristen Hurlburt fell in love with me. I loved her too and wanted to marry her, but her pastors didn't want me in the church, even though I begged very humbly for a second chance. Those ungodly pastors kept me and Kris apart, and she was pressured by her bosses to get rid of me, and she did in 2017. It hurt so bad the way she cruelly told me never to contact her again. She lied and denied ever having had any feelings for me, which her pastors used against me. I know as sure as I am a born-again believer that Kris wanted to marry me. The Lord knows that she did have feelings for me, but lied when her bosses got involved. God knows.

Folks, this is what happens when pastors reject THE TRUTH. I did nothing wrong! As a true friend does, I befriended Harvest's pastors with THE TRUTH that the modern Westcott and Hort based Bible revisions are corrupted by the Devil. I told them THE TRUTH that false Bibles are an enemy of soulwinning. I told THE TRUTH that Misunderstood repentance is an enemy of soulwinning. I told THE TRUTH that Lordship Salvation is an enemy of soulwinning. For faithfully contending for the faith once delivered unto the saints (Jude 1:3). I was counted as their “enemy” at Harvest (Galatians 4:16), and also by Kristen Hurlburt to her woe and shame. God takes this doctrinal matter VERY seriously! 

Kindly said, I pray for God to avenge me of all of them. Their blood be upon their own heads when they answer to God in eternity! They have all committed the unpardonable sin of adding to the Gospel, effectively denying Jesus Christ as the only all-inclusive means of salvation. If turning away from one's sinful lifestyle is required to get to Heaven, then faith alone in Jesus Christ is insufficient to save! I speak THE TRUTH (Ephesians 4:15). Kris did me very wrong. Harvest's pastors did me very wrong. All I ever humbly begged for was their love, to give me a second chance to quietly sit in church services, and be a part of their church family. 

Tragically, Harvest is nothing more than a glorified private social club on Guam, where only card carrying voted-in members are allowed to attend church. Their ministry only consists of the children of parents who have enough money to finance their child's enrollment into Harvest Baptist Academy or Harvest Baptist Bible College. That is the bulk of the church membership, of financially well to do families, who pat the paychecks of a bunch of snobby Bob Jones University graduates making a career by parasiting off of Christendom. Shame on all of them! Jesus Himself warned in Luke 16:13 that it is IMPOSSIBLE to serve God and money (mammon). Any time that monetary profits takes precedence over hurting people who plead for help (as I did umpteen times), something is very wrong in a church. That is not God's unconditional love. 1st John 3:17, “But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?” There is no compassion at Harvest Baptist Church on Guam. 

Harvest Baptist Church on Guam (in the Micronesia island chain) is a lousy social club, a fun center, a house of entertainment each Sunday, where only select members are welcomed. They're pastors are far more guilty than of merely being immature, they are hardened Pharisees who have continually rejected THE TRUTH that I have kindly handed to them for the past several years, placing THE TRUTH directly into their very hands. The new pastor since 2018, Gary Walton, is a very bad pastor, indifferent, cold and not concerned about hurting people like me. Pastor Walton is only there for paying customers. That is sinful and sad. Whereas Jesus left the 99 sheep to go find the one that got lost, Harvest's pastors don't care about losing one like me, because they still have the 99. That is their pathetic attitude.

Likewise, Kristen Hurlburt is not interested in finding a godly man to marry, she just wants a good husband, but not a godly husband. That is her loss. Kris will never find a man who loves Jesus more than I do, and who has a burning passion for preaching the truth and winning souls as I do, or who loves her as much as I still do and always will. When I met Kris at Asan Beach in 2017, she berated me for not attending church. But it was her very wicked pastors who drove me out of church at Harvest, because I befriended them with THE TRUTH. What do you suppose God thinks about that? I had no where else to Go. Kris is your typical religious person, who only views things from a superficial point of view (Matthew 15:8), lacking spiritual discernment. This is the superficial Laodicean church (Revelation 3:15-16). Perhaps God was protecting me from marrying Kris, lest I have the devil for a father-in-law. 

Harvest's pastors said that I couldn't return to Harvest because it would make Kris uncomfortable, because I liked her. Literally, with God as my witness, that is what they said and did to me. Because Kris lied, and Harvest's pastors held a grudge against me, none of them cared about me need to attend church, and they all rejected me cruelly. I have not attended church since, having no church family since 2014 because of them. My blood is on Kris Hurlburt's hands, because she lied before God, and her shameful pastors who selfishly only thought about their own belly and paycheck (Romans 16:17-18). God will judge between me and them all. I was THE ONLY ONE at Harvest who did what was right. I was THE ONLY ONE who told THE TRUTH. Pastor Jack Hyles is right that: “The King James Bible crowd will come out on top.”

What is sad most of all is that these people in the Bob Jones University camp just don't care. They are arrogant, sinfully proud and spoiled rotten. Marty Herron bailed from Harvest Baptist Church in 2018, now collecting a disgusting 6-digit salary as the new executive vice president of Faith Baptist Bible College And Theological Seminary (preacher's cemetery) in Ankeny, Iowa. Pastor Herron is a wicked man, who preaches a false gospel of partial faith in Christ plus human effort (aka, turning away from a sinful lifestyle) to get to Heaven. That is the Devil's plan of damnation! Mr. Herron has the blood of thousands of victims upon his hands, of everyone whom he has misled to think that God won't save them unless they make an attempt to stop living in sin.

And sadly, Kris Hurlburt doesn't care either. Her only interest is finding a husband and her career as a nurse. Spiritual things (like the truth) don't matter to her. Colossians 3:1-2, “If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.” 2nd John 1:11, “For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.” Kris bids Godspeed to the false prophets at BJU and Harvest, supporting the Devil's fake Bibles, and the Devil's lie of Lordship Salvation, and the Devil's lie of turning from sins to be saved.

Bob Jones Alumni Are The Enemies Of Jesus Christ

As much as it hurts my heart that Kristen rejected me as her husband, I sincerely believe that God was protecting me from a wicked woman who couldn't care less about THE TRUTH. If all she wants is a husband, then that is what she will settle for; but she could have married a real man who loves God, loves the truth, and has the capacity to deeply love her like no other man ever could. No man can love a woman as deeply as can a man of God who has a passion for THE TRUTH. It is sad to see the shallow type of men that women settle for, bums. I make no apologies for being a TRUTH TELLER. If I end up staying single because I told THE TRUTH, then so be it. I know that God will bless me. The pathetic Bob Jones crowd may find secular prosperity and happiness in their selfish earthly lives—by selling out to ecumenism, dipping their sails in sinful compromise, going along to get along, and not standing for God and truth—but they will reap what they have sown in eternity.

I was crucified, shamed, mistreated, ostracized, rejected, humiliated and made the enemy by Harvest's ungodly pastors and staff, including by Kristen Hurlburt her self, for which they will all be held accountable by God. I pray for it to be so! They all deeply hurt me, because I befriended them with THE TRUTH. What saith the Scripture? Romans 3:4, “God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.” The Bob Jones crowd are liars! Lordship Salvation is a lie. The teaching that you must turn away from sinful bad habits to be saved is a lie. Dr. Steve Pettit's (president of BJU) preaching is full of lies! Mr. Pettit says that you must join, run and faithfully finish the race (the Christian life) to get to Heaven. Pettit says that Heaven is an award for those who run and finish the race. If you drop out of the race and quit, Dr. Pettit says that you lose your salvation!

I love the Bob Jones crowd. I love all people. There is not one human being that I hate. But I do hate evil, as God commands me to as His child (Psalms 97:10). I do hate every false way, as God commands me to. Psalms 119:104, “Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.” There is a very serious problem in 99% of churches today, which is that preachers no longer walk with God. If they truly did walk with God, then they would HATE the Devil's modern Bible revisions. I mean, take a look at this my friend...

I could spend literally hours expounding you dear reader in the corruptions found inside today's hundreds of English Bible revisions. It is as shocking as it is disgusting. 

It is for taking a courageous stand against these very evils, that I was horribly and sinfully despised and rejected by the Harvest Baptist Church on Guam. For the past 7 long and lonely years I have been banned from returning to church, and ostracized by Harvest. I will never shut up! I am so sick and tired of churchgoers downplaying the severity of this issue as a mere matter of difference of opinion. The two pictures I just shared with you are not someone's mere opinion, they show the BLATANT CORRUPTION found in ALL of the Devil's modern Bible revisions. Do you really think that this is all a mere coincidence? Please don't be naïve.

It breaks my heart that Harvest ousted me as their enemy, because I told THE TRUTH. The churches of Galatia did the same exact thing to the Apostle Paul. Galatians 4:16, “Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?” I am not the villain, I am the hero! I am like Batman in the popular 2008 film, “The Dark Knight.” In the movie script, Batman chooses to take the blame for the murders committed by Harvey Dent (the district attorney who went mad after the Joker killed his fiancée). To protect Harvey's image and preserve all the good that he had done to clean up Gotham City, Batman decides to take the rap instead. Before he goes insane, Harvey Dent makes this great statement: “You Either Die A Hero, Or You Live Long Enough To See Yourself Become The Villain.” 

Likewise, I have become the villain in all this bad situation with the Harvest Baptist Church on Guam. I didn't want to become the villain. But like the Apostle Paul, and Batman, I have been counted as the enemy for doing the right thing! Always be pure of heart! Matthew 5:8, “Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.” Do you know why the pure of heart will see God? It is because those who are pure of heart will seek THE TRUTH. Those who are not pure of heart, like the phony Bob Jones crowd today, merely follow the trend. Those who are not pure of heart worship God with their mouths, but their heart is far from Him (Matthew 15:8). You show me a pastor or layman in a church who rejects THE TRUTH when handed to them, and it becomes obvious that they are phony in their testimony. The pastors and staff at Harvest Baptist Church on Guam rejected THE TRUTH that I gave them.

What truths did I give them? One helpful I handed them is a book called, “NIV: The Antichrist's Bible” by Pastor Al Lacy. Another helpful book that I handed to them is, “Martin Luther: Master Of Deceit” by Pastor Max D. Younce. Another helpful book that I handed to Harvest's pastors is by Michael P. Bowen titled, “I Never Knew You: The Coming Great White Throne Judgment And How You Can Avoid It.” I hope that you will take the time to read these books, the last two of which are freely available to read online in .pdf format. Sadly, the Bob Jones crowd today are hardened sinners. They are wrong on repentance, wrong on the Gospel, and wrong on the Bible; but if you try to befriend them with THE TRUTH (as I lovingly did in 2014), they will outcast you as an enemy before you even realize what happened. 

Since 2014 I have suffered inexplicable emotional pain because of Harvest's rejection, and the loss of Kris as my wife (I KNOW she would have married me), and loss of the only beloved church family that I knew. Oh, how I deeply love them and always will. I have been ostracized as Rudolph The Red-nosed Reindeer, simply because of my shiny King James Bible only nose. Harvest's despises me because of my free grace Gospel only nose. Since 2014 they have not allowed me to join in to play in any of their reindeer games. That is as wicked as Hell, and Pastor Marty Herron knows it, but he is a coward and a rotten ungodly man. 

Sadly, the new senior pastor since 2018 has upheld all of the same wickedness as the former incompetent pastor. God's wrath and judgment is upon the Harvest Baptist Church on Guam. They are not prospering in God's sight. They are naked, miserable and wretched (as the Lord said about the Laodicean church in Revelation 3:15-16); but Harvest is blinded to their own apostate condition, lulled by a spirit of sinful pride and indifference, and a woeful lack of compassion for hurting people like me. They still have the 99 sheep, so they couldn't care less about me as that one lost lamb.

The Bible foretold that “perilous times” would come, when people would selfishly do whatever they feel like doing (2nd Timothy 3:1-7). Young people don't go to Bible college anymore to serve God, they enroll into Bible college to pursue a secular career. These young immature girls today are desperate to settle for anybody they can find. It is pathetic. We've never seen ugly times like this, when pastors don't stand for anything anymore. The churches are pathetic these days. Truth means nothing to professed Christians anymore, most of whom are not even born-again. Nobody is saved who believes Lordship Salvation. Nobody is saved who thinks you have to turn away from sin to be saved. 

Kindy said, Dr. Steve Pettit and Pastor Marty Herron are not saved. I KNOW that by the direct perverse teachings from their own mouths. They are religious con men in the pulpit. Ladies and gentlemen, we've got a bunch of unsaved religious infidels preaching another gospel from corruptible seed (perverse Bible revisions) in pulpits all across America! These Devil's Bibles are the primary source of all sorts of perverse teachings concerning the Gospel in churches today. Anybody who promotes the Devil's Lordship Salvation is the enemy of God. Please listen to my favorite preacher, Pastor Jack Hyles, expose the Devil's fraud of Lordship Salvation. BJU are God's enemy! Bob Jones alumni are pulling on the same rope as the Devil with their false Bibles, misunderstood repentance and Lordship Salvation. These are all FALSEHOODS!!! Psalms 119:104, “Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.”

Repentance Is Toward God, Not From Anything

I hope I have conveyed to you the vital seriousness of this matter of THE TRUTH. Repentance is “TOWARD GOD” (Acts 20:21b), and not “from” anything. The truth is that when a man repents “toward God,” he has believed the Gospel. You don't have to turn away from sinful behavior to receive God's free gift of eternal life. Turning away from sin means cleaning up one's life. Reformation is behavior modification, not Bible repentance. Dear reader, I absolutely cannot stress the importance of this issue enough.

For example: In Pacific Garden Mission's radio program, UNSHACKLED (program #3589 aired in 2020), a woman named Debbie Brooks meets with a religious friend named Sharon:

SHARON: Trusting Jesus is the only thing that can make a difference in my messed-up life. 

DEBBIE: I keep hearing that in church, but I don't get it—how something that EASY can be a life-changer. 

SHARON: Oh Debbie, it's not easy—believing in Jesus means repenting and asking forgiveness for all the old ways, and then GIVING THEM UP FOR GOOD. When you find the COURAGE TO DO THAT, He'll help you CHANGE YOUR LIFE. 

DEBBIE: Huh, well, I'll have to think about it.

BLAPHEMY!!! Dear reader, what you just read taught by Pacific Garden Mission in Chicago is of the Devil, straight out of the pits of Hell. I hope you see how evil this is. PGM has moved away from the hope of the Gospel. According to the preceding UNSHACKLED program, it is NOT EASY to be saved, because you are required to GIVE UP YOUR OLD SINFUL WAYS PERMANENTLY! That is “another gospel” accursed by God! Somewhere along the way, Moody Bible Institute, Bob Jones University and Pacific Garden Mission became devout followers of Pastor John MacArthur's demonic Lordship Salvation garbage theology! God's curse is upon all of them...

Galatians 1:6-9, “I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.”

Pacific Garden Mission are PREACHING ANOTHER GOSPEL!!! We are taught in 2nd Corinthians 11:3-4 that the Gospel is simple. Having to forsake the old sinful way of life is anything but simple. PGM has it backwards. God's plan of salvation is simply that you come to God as a needy sinner, and you receive His Son's sacrifice on the cross as payment for your sins. PGM demands that you turn from your sins first, which is not what the Bible teaches. PGM's false gospel is that you must make a commitment to follow the Lord. Judas followed Jesus and went to Hell. Matthew 27:3 says Judas “repented” of his sins, but he wasn't saved at all. Millions of religious people falsely think they will be in Heaven someday, but they will be in Hell. Luke 13:23-24, “Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them, Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.”

If I ask you to please go get something out of my car to bring me, I do not need to first ask you to leave the house. Leaving the house is automatic. Likewise, when a person believes the Gospel, they have repented. Repentance is automatic. That is why I never even bring up the word “repent” when witnessing to someone, because it will likely confuse them. The Gospel of John is God's Gospel tract (John 20:31). In the Gospel of John we find the word “believe” mentioned 85 times, but there is no mention of the word “repent.” This is because repentance is automatic. The man who repents has believed, and the man who believes has repented. They are two sides of one coin, inseparably related. 

Repentance simply facilitates believing the Gospel to be saved. Without repentance no man would ever believe. Repentance is simply “acknowledging THE TRUTH” that we are a guilty sinner (2nd Timothy 2:25; Romans 3:19-20). The Old Testament LAW shows us our sinful condition and need for salvation, and then brings us to CHRIST in the New Testament to be saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ (Galatians 3:24-26). That is the simplicity of the Gospel (2nd Corinthians 11:3-4; 1st Corinthians 15:-4).

You Get Saved By Trusting Christ, Because You See Your Need As A Sinner (And That Is Repentance)

Mark 1:15, “And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.”

It is tragic how the Devil has crept into tens of thousands of Baptist churches today, spreading the lie that God won't save anyone unless they first have a sincere desire “to turn away from sin.” No such teaching is found in the inspired King James Bible. What advocates of the heresies of Misunderstood Repentance and Lordship Salvation usually do is wrest (torture) obscure passages of Scripture to support their junk theology. Our text passage from Mark 1:15 is one such example. They wrongly ass-u-me, that the word repent means “to turn from sin,” but the Greek verb is actually, metanoeo, which means, “to think differently.”

The truth dear friend is that we get saved by trusting Jesus Christ as our personal Savior, and we trust Him because we see our need for redemption as a needy sinner, and this is repentance. Here is one of the best quotes that I've found on repentance, by Dr. Harry A. Ironside (1876-1951):

“Which comes first, repentance or faith? In Scripture we read, 'Repent ye, and believe the gospel.' Yet we find true believers exhorted to 'repent, and do the first works.' So intimately are the two related that you cannot have one without the other. The man who believes God repents; the repentant soul puts his trust in the Lord when the Gospel is revealed to him. Theologians may wrangle over this, but the fact is, no man repents until the Holy Spirit produces repentance in his soul through the truth. No man believes the Gospel and rests in it for his own salvation until he has judged himself as a needy sinner before God. And this is repentance.” (Except Ye Repent, p. 16) [emphasis added]

Amen! We don't give up our sins TO BE saved, we should give up our sins because WE ARE saved, and that requires time to grow in God's grace (1st Peter 2:2). Ephesians 2:10 says that believers are “created in Christ Jesus unto good works,” not by good works. I hope I have made the Bible clear enough dear reader. We are at war today with the Devil's religious crowd over the Bible. It is sad that so many pastors, including the Harvest Baptist Church on Guam, have been tricked by Lucifer, into adding “turning away from your sin” to faith alone in the GOOD NEWS (Gospel) of Christ crucified on the cross, buried and bodily risen the third day (1st Corinthians 15:1-4).

Repentance is simply realizing your need for salvation, so that you will BELIEVE ON JESUS and be saved. No one has ever believed without repenting, but repentance is simply a change of mind (which happens automatically). The man who believes has repented, and the man who repents has believed. Any corrupt preacher who tries to separate repentance from faith, requiring that you turn away from your sin as a prerequisite to saving faith, is preaching another gospel. The Bible teaches that we repent TO believe, we don't repent AND believe. Repentance and faith are inseparable. 

The evidence that our faith is real is faith itself, and nothing else. When Dr. Steve Pettit (president of Bob Jones University) heretically says that your faith is not genuine, unless you turn away from your sin and faithfully run the Christian race until the end of life, you know that he has been inspired by demons! Does 1st John 1:6 And John 3:21 Teach Lordship Salvation?

John 3:21, “But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.” 1st John 1:5-7, “This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.”

Does 1st John 1:6 teach Lordship Salvation? No, absolutely not! Someone recently asked me if John 3:21 is connected to 1st John 1:6, regarding THE TRUTH. Yes and no, depending on what you mean. The matter at hand is obeying THE TRUTH, not turning away from sins. I am so sick and tired of this junk theology that has infected most churches today, which teaches that you cannot go to Heaven unless you attempt to turn away from your sinful behavior. This is the Devil's lie of Lordship Salvation.

The Bible teaches a free grace Gospel. You simply acknowledge that you are a guilty sinner in God's sight (Romans 3:19-23), and believe the GOOD NEWS (Gospel) to be saved. The subject of 1st John 1:6 is fellowship, not turning away from sins. One of my favorite preachers, Pastor Ralph Yankee Arnold preached a helpful sermon on this subject called, "1st John Made Simple: Milk Vs. Meat." Also, here is some helpful Bible commentary from Pastor Max Younce on 1st John 1:6...

A few years ago I attended a Bible conference at a large Bible college in the South. One of the speakers spoke on the "so-called contradiction" in James 2:17. At the conclusion of his message he made this startling statement, "If you are really saved, you will live it! His other remarks along with this led all to believe that if you had sinned since being saved or were not really dedicated to Christ, you had better check to see if you were really saved. At the invitation thirty-five to forty college students came forward. It was later announced that they had come for REASSURANCE of their salvation.

It was a subtle way to get one to doubt God's faithfulness to His promise of everlasting life because of one's unfaithfulness to Him. This left no room for being in a backslidden condition and that chastening could result if one did not get back in fellowship with the Lord. In 1st John 1:9, 7 we are told "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness ... But if we walk in the light God's Word), as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin."

This was never brought out at all in his message. The sad thing was that dedication and coming forward was in intermingled with salvation. The next time any of these students should sin or not be 100% dedicated, they very likely will again doubt their salvation.

Since that message was not delivered in its proper context, one will never know the devastating effects it will have on some of these students in the future. The whole message was summed up in doubting one's salvation, instead of realizing the Christian's testimony will fall dead on the ears of the lost if our life does not incorporate good works.

In discussing 2nd Corinthians 5:17 which states "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature creation): old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." We should notice how this Verse is applied when used in inviting people to trust Christ at the invitation. It is usually emphasized that if one is willing to lay all on the altar, i.e., willing to confess and forsake all known sin, then Christ will accept the person and give them eternal life. This may seem like sound theology because God does want us to forsake our sin; but not as a condition to be saved. Then why would God want us to confess and forsake our sin if it is not to have eternal life? The answer is made perfectly from 1st John 1:6, "If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another..." When a Christian is living in sin his fellowship with God is broken. The way to restore that fellowship between Christ and the believer is set forth in Verse 9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all righteousness." Now notice carefully, when we forsake, confess, and walk with Christ we have fellowship, not salvation and Sonship.

Some have tried to argue this by saying 1st John was written to lost people and not to Christians. The Word of God refutes this argument abruptly. Let us quote 1st John 5:13, "These things have written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God, that ye may know that ye have eternal life. . ." Who did John say he wrote these things unto? Christians, of course, "to you that believe."

I hope you begin to see how confusing the terminology of "laying all on the altar" becomes to a lost person. He is led to believe that confession and forsaking all sin is a requirement before God will accept him. The Bible says that "while I was a sinner Christ died for me" (Romans 5:8). He did not say, "When you forsake all your sin, Christ will die for you." We must remember that before a person is saved he is the natural man (Corinthians 2:14) and is not indwelt with the Holy Spirit which is the power that changes a person's life. The Holy Spirit is given to each person simultaneously with his faith in Christ and is not a result of confession, promises, or works. Paul had this same problem with the Galatians, "O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched (i.e. tricked or fooled) you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?" Then Paul asked them the question, "Received YE THE SPIRIT BY THE WORKS OF THE LAW, OR BY THE HEARING OF FAITH" (Galatians 3:1,2; Ephesians 1:13)

Let us present God's salvation, not man's. God's salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Can we not then trust the indwelling of the Holy Spirit to convict and provide the power to change a life, to that which will be pleasing unto God.

I emphasize the importance of the Gospel of John. We are told 85 times to believe, without any mention of turning away from sins to be saved. If anything more than believing (trusting, resting) in Christ were required for salvation, then the Lord would have said so. Jesus said what He meant, and meant what He said (John 14:2).

I encourage you to read carefully through these helpful quotes, discerning the difference between justification versus sanctification. The famous Pilgrim's Progress author and preacher John Bunyan (1628-1699) made this awesome true statement, showing how the Lordship Salvation crowd corrupt God's Word, and cast stumbling blocks before the people...

“If you do not put a difference between justification wrought by the man Christ without and sanctification wrought by the Spirit of Christ within, you are not able to divide the Word aright; but contrariwise, you corrupt the Word of God, and cast stumbling blocks before the people.” [emphasis added] —Evangelist John Bunyan

It is a very theologically dangerous thing to combine and confuse sanctification with justification. These are two entirely separate and different things. Here are a couple more beautiful quotes from John Bunyan. ...

The word “fellowship” in 1st John 1:6 simply means that the believer knows His Savior. Jesus knows His sheep, and they follow His voice. John 10:27-28, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.” That doesn't mean that a believer always obeys Christ. That doesn't mean that a believer won't sometimes choose to live in gross immorality and rebellion against the Word of God. It simply means that the true believer has the indwelling Holy Spirit (1st John 3:24; Romans 8:9), which God has given to every saint to seal us until the day of redemption (Ephesians 1:12-14).

Beware and run from anyone who teaches that you must repent of your sins to be saved. There is no such teaching in the inspired King James Bible. Many of the Devil's corrupt modern revisions pervert the Scriptures to say all kinds of garbage, but you cannot show me one verse from the King James Bible that says to “turn away from your sin” to be saved. Eternal life is a free gift from God (Romans 5:15-18). A gift cannot be earned. Salvation is received, not achieved. Salvation is a take proposition, not a give proposition. You take it by faith, and give nothing in return. That is a free grace Gospel. 

The curse of Lordship Salvation ADDS to the Gospel, saying that MORE is required—teaching that in addition you must turn away from your sins, faithfully run the race until the finish, surrender your will to fully obey God, follow Jesus no matter what the cost, and receive Christ as “Lord” (Boss) of your life to be saved. None of that is the free grace Gospel (1st Corinthians 15:1-4). Satan has crept tares into most churches today, while the the churches slept. Sadly, you'll find far more tares than wheat in most Baptist churches today.

You'll often here false teachers like Jack Chick, Marty Herron, Bob Jones University, Charles Phelps, Paul Washer, Ray Comfort and John MacArthur misinterpreting Luke 13:5 to support their heresy of Lordship Salvation. Luke 13:5, “I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.” Nothing in this verse indicates turning away from sins to be saved. The Greek word for “repent” here is the verb metanoeo, which simply means “to think differently.” Repentance is “toward God” (Acts 20:21), not from sin. Repentance means to think differently concerning acknowledgment of THE TRUTH (2nd Timothy 2:25). You are a dirty, guilty and needy sinner, and so am I. I received Jesus as my personal Savior in 1980 at age 13. I was born-again forever. I accepted Christ and that was it, a done deal.

Anybody (like false teacher Steve Pettit, president of Bob Jones University) who says you cannot accept Christ and that's it, is a liar. The Bible colleges and churches are filled with theological LIARS today, evil men who damn the souls of millions of people to the Lake of Fire, with their Satanic falsehood of Lordship Salvation. Who will you believe, the King James Bible or all the Devil's modern Bible perversions and these lying false prophets? Choose ye this day whom ye will believe, God's Word or the Devil's religious crowd.
